Job description
The College of William & Mary is seeking an Executive Director of Campus Ministry to develop and oversee a comprehensive campus ministry program. This full-time position requires a practicing Catholic with supervisory experience and qualifications in Church teachings.
The Director will work closely with students, faculty, and parish leaders, ensuring effective ministry and leadership development. Key abilities include strategic planning, exceptional people skills, and the capacity to work in diverse environments.
The position has a flexible schedule, requiring nights and weekends, with travel to meetings and diocesan events.
