nThe NVR Mortgage Summer Internship program will provide you with hands on experience in all aspects of the mortgage process for our Ryan Homes, NVHomes or Heartland Homes homebuilding customers. You'll receive practical experience in processing, closing, underwriting, customer communication and negotiation while learning about the regulatory process that governs the mortgage industry. You will gain valuable experience, embrace key responsibilities, and be compensated for it. And it’s interesting to note that many of our past summer interns are now full-time employees!
nPrimary Responsibilities
nnnWork alongside mortgage professionals as they pre-qualify prospective home buyers and negotiate competitive financing options

nnLearn how to guide customers from initial application to their settlement date in a highly competitive marketplace
n
nnGain experience in processing and obtaining mortgage approval and conducting mortgage closings
n
nnLearn about the homebuilding industry that NVR Mortgage supports
n
nnSpend time with sales and production teams to experience the hard work and management skills that come together to deliver a customer's dream home
n
n nQualifications
nnnCurrent enrollment in college degree program (scheduled to graduate within 12 months of the internship is preferred)
n
nnHighly driven & self-motivated with leadership experience
n
nnStrong communication skills
n
nnCurrent Driver’s License
n
nnStudents from all degree majors are welcome
