Job description
IRG Realty Advisors seeks a Site Manager for The East End campus in Akron, Ohio, responsible for hands-on operation, maintenance, safety, and appearance of the campus and its buildings and grounds.
You will coordinate with contractors for repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections, ensuring compliance and quality work, while supporting annual capital planning and on-site reporting.
