Full-Time Campus Security Officer – F-01Must be available to work weekends and one of the three available shiftsPay Rate: $18.87/hr.We are currently seeking professional and dependable Full-Time Campus Security Officers to join our team at a high-profile campus location in Manhattan, NY. This position is ideal for security professionals who understand the importance of campus safety and are committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.Available Shifts:6:45 AM – 2:45 PM2:45 PM – 10:45 PM10:45 PM – 6:45 AMPosition Responsibilities:Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the campusMonitor student, faculty, staff, and visitor activityConduct routine patrols of buildings and surrounding areasRespond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and safety concernsEnforce campus policies and security proceduresAssist with maintaining a safe and secure campus environmentProvide professional and courteous customer serviceComplete incident reports and other required documentation accurately and thoroughlyWork closely with campus personnel and the security team to address safety concernsRequirements:Active NYS Security Guard License requiredValid F-01 Fireguard certification requiredPrior security experience required; campus, educational, or institutional experience preferredMust be able to commute reliably to Manhattan, NYStrong communication, de-escalation, and conflict-resolution skillsProfessional appearance and demeanor requiredMust understand the importance of maintaining a safe environment on a high-profile campusMust be available to work weekends and assigned shiftsMust be willing to work days, evenings, or overnights based on operational needsImportant License Requirement:An active NYS Security Guard License is required to work with Securitas.
