Job description
InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA in California seeks a Campus Staff Minister (CSM) to lead spiritual growth, campus leadership, and missional development among students and faculty. You will guide campus growth, model a biblically-grounded ministry, and develop partnerships to further gospel-centered campuses.
You will work with diverse campus communities, equip student leaders, and collaborate with staff to raise resources and embody InterVarsity’s core values in a dynamic university
