Job description
Barnes & Noble College is seeking a Full-Time Supervisor to manage daily store operations and support an exceptional campus retail experience. You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure operational priorities are met while promoting a welcoming environment for students, faculty, and alumni.
The role requires 18+ with 2+ years in retail; you’ll assist with opening/closing, POS, merchandising, and inventory tasks in a year-round store that serves the campus community.
