Job description
Follett Higher Education seeks a Campus Store Manager to lead all facets of the campus bookstore, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will mentor staff, manage financial metrics, and partner with the campus to execute events and partnerships.
You will oversee daily operations, develop teams, and ensure adherence to safety and brand standards while supporting a Regional Manager in campus relationships and long-term planning.
