Campus Security OfficerUnder the direction of a Principal or Vice Principal, oversee and monitor the behavior of students on a school campus and at school-sponsored activities both on and off campus; general supervision of bus pick up and drop off areas; enforce applicable sections of the Education Code, the Penal Code, the District's policies and individual school rules; assist in the maintenance of an orderly and safe campus.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSPatrol in and around the campus during school hours providing general supervision of students outside of class and remain alert to problems likely to disrupt the educational process or be physically injurious to persons or property.Intervene or report to appropriate authorities in situations likely to result in disruption or injury and direct students to refrain from such conduct.May direct students and take action, as necessary or instructed by the site administrator, to prevent injury to persons or damage to property.For more information on qualifications and duties please refer to the attached job description. Lake Don Pedro Elementary is a public school located in La Grange, CA, which is in a distant rural setting in the northern region in Mariposa County. We are a K-8 school of approximately 178 pupils.
