About This Role
The Cancer Center Clinical RN Educator is responsible for developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for nursing services, focusing on the professional development of nursing staff in the Hematology/Oncology and Infusion departments.

Pay: $72,800 - $130,000/year

What You'll Do
Develop onboarding materials and training schedules for nursing staff.
Create competency assessments and continuing education curricula.
Collaborate with the Cancer Services Leadership Team and Clinical Education.
Evaluate programs to meet the educational needs of nursing services.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in nursing required
Experience
5+ years of clinical RN experience required
2+ years of oncology experience required
Licenses & Certifications
Valid and current Texas RN license required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Completion of ONS Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Fundamentals of Administration or Certificate Course within 3 months of employment required
