Job description
Element Brooklyn is seeking an experienced candle maker to own formulation, wick selection, burn testing, QC standards, and process optimization. You will partner with leadership to translate strategy into scalable, repeatable production processes, while staying hands-on with craft and science on the shop floor.
You will design wax blends, lead wick testing, and develop burn-testing protocols to ensure consistent quality.
