Job description
See’s Candies seeks a Retail Shop Manager in Fort Worth, TX, to lead a dedicated team in a busy retail shop. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee all shop operations in line with See’s guidelines and values.
You will be responsible for coaching staff, meeting sales targets, ensuring cash handling integrity, and maintaining merchandising standards, while managing scheduling and payroll with adherence to company policies.
