Our rehabilitation service is led by Dr. Rick Wall, whose work has helped shape the field of canine rehabilitation medicine. You'll work alongside Dr. Rick Wall, gaining exposure to advanced rehabilitation techniques while helping patients achieve life-changing recoveries every day. Whether you're an experienced rehabilitation professional or looking to continue growing your expertise, this is an opportunity to be challenged, supported, and inspired.    Licensed Veterinary Technicians and/or CCRP may be eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus for this position! Sign-on bonus to be made in two payments at completion of 30 days of employment and 6 months of employment.

Communicating: Conveying instructions to clients and teammates to ensure successful patient care. Active Listening: Following the instructions of veterinarians and sometimes patient owners. Picking up on the needs of veterinarians and teammates based on prior experiences and feedback. Organization Skills: Clear tracking of lab specimens, medications, patient instructions, workflow, and other job-related items while managing multiple patients and clients. Client Satisfaction: Ensuring all activities and interactions result in the highest level of client satisfaction. Essential Responsibilities: As a full-time CCRP Technician, you'll become an integral member of a collaborative rehabilitation team, providing individualized care to patients recovering from orthopedic surgery, neurologic disease, sports injuries, and chronic mobility conditions.   Responsibilities include: Assisting with comprehensive rehabilitation treatment plans  Operating underwater treadmill and therapeutic exercise programs  Performing laser therapy and other rehabilitation modalities  Monitoring patient progress and documenting outcomes  Educating and partnering with clients throughout their pet's recovery  Collaborating closely with veterinarians and the rehabilitation team to deliver exceptional patient care  Requirements/Qualifications: Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner (CCRP) preferred  Licensed/Credentialed Veterinary Technician preferred (or equivalent rehabilitation experience) Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and patient handling Exceptional communication and client education skills  A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping patients regain function and mobility  Someone who thrives in a collaborative, learning-focused environment  Ability to lift patients and carry equipment up to 25 pounds; ability to lift patients or carry equipment over 25 pounds with assistance Practices OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE Benefits Offered: Full-time schedule Competitive compensation  Comprehensive benefits package  Continuing education support  Collaborative, team-oriented culture  The opportunity to practice rehabilitation medicine at an exceptional level  If you're ready to make a meaningful impact on the lives of pets and their families while advancing your own career in veterinary rehabilitation, we'd love to hear from you.    Benefits offered may vary depending on full or part time employment status according to company policy.  Pay Range: USD $24.00 - USD $33.00 /Hr.
