HR MGMT 10, LLC is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to design and build an in-house accounting function across multiple entities in a regulated cannabis environment. The role will establish reporting cadences, internal controls, and intercompany architecture while preparing for audits and capital events.
The CFO will lead financial operations, tax planning, and investor-facing reporting, coordinating with legal and external advisors to execute strategic tax and financing plans.
