Job description
Green Thumb Industries in West Haven, CT is seeking a Cultivation Technician to care for cannabis plants through all growth stages, including potting, pruning, transplanting, and defoliating with precision in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities include harvest prep, room sanitation, and adherence to GMP and state guidelines. Requirements: at least a HS diploma or GED, ability to obtain state badge; cannabis experience not required.
