Job description
Mint Cannabis is seeking a Cultivation Technician to support the cultivation team in caring for cannabis plants through the growth cycle, ensuring health and quality while complying with company and state regulations. You will help ensure a steady supply for downstream processing and retail.
The role requires 1–3 years of cultivation experience (preferred), strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a regulated facility.
