Job description
Green Thumb, a cannabis-focused retailer, seeks a General Manager for RISE Dispensary to lead and inspire a diverse team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee customer journey, inventory operations, safety & compliance, and team development, serving as an ambassador for social impact in the community.
You will coach Leaders and Team Members, ensure LOD coverage, and drive omni-channel revenue while maintaining compliance and strong governance across store operations.
