Green Thumb is seeking a General Manager for RISE Dispensary to lead a diverse team and drive results while ensuring compliant, high-quality customer experiences. You will oversee customer journeys, inventory operations, safety, and team development, acting as an ambassador for our mission in the community.
Responsibilities include delivering direction for all dispensary operations, driving revenue through promotions, and maintaining Seed to Sale compliance.
