Job description
AYR Wellness is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager and leadership to drive a performance culture in a Florida dispensary. You’ll oversee daily operations, support patient and customer care, and help hire and develop a motivated team aligned with state and local regulations.
You’ll ensure accurate inventory, staff training, and adherence to procedures while maintaining patient satisfaction and HIPAA/privacy standards in a fast-paced environment.
