Job description
Ayr Wellness is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to collaborate with the Store Manager and leadership to develop and implement practices that drive performance and patient satisfaction. You will oversee daily dispensary operations and support hiring and development of a motivated cannabis team compliant with state and local rules.
In this role you will manage staff, ensure procedures are up to date, train on POS and product knowledge, and maintain KPI reporting.
