Job description
Native Roots is seeking a General Manager to drive the store’s overall success, including sales targets, operations, and KPIs. You will lead a team of hourly employees, partner with the District Manager, and implement store strategies to achieve excellent service and performance.
You will coach the team, manage opening/closing, ensure compliance with MED regulations, build customer loyalty, handle inventory, and maintain a safe, organized shopping environment in this Colorado location.
