Justice Grown, a cannabis retail leader in Illinois, is seeking a General Manager to drive all aspects of the dispensary and lead a high‑performing team. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage profitable operations, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and strategic oversight of staffing, budgets, and compliance with state cannabis regulations. Evening, weekend, and holiday flexibility are expected.
