Job description
The Cannabist Company is seeking a Store Manager for the Aurora, CO dispensary to own daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team while ensuring state and local cannabis compliance. You will manage budgeting, scheduling, training, and stakeholder relationships with HR and Compliance to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
