Mint Cannabis in St. Louis is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume retail dispensary, overseeing store operations, team leadership, sales performance, compliance, inventory control, and customer experience.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-driven leader with cannabis retail experience and a passion for operational excellence. You will mentor 20–30 staff, ensure a consistent customer journey, and partner with marketing and leadership on regional growth.
