Mint Cannabis is seeking a Store Manager in Florida to improve sales and deliver a positive guest experience. You will collaborate with the Area Manager on inventory management, team support, and development of product knowledge, upsell tactics, and data analytics to boost store performance.
Leaders provide training for 25+ team members; must stay compliant with Florida requirements; focus on reducing shrinkage and delivering fast-paced service during peak hours.
