Job description
Coastal Water and Air is seeking a Canvass Director to lead and scale a door-to-door canvassing team in a fast-growing environment. You will drive team development, territory strategy, and consistent lead generation to fuel company growth.
You will interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers, plan routes and schedules, develop effective canvassing strategies, and coach the team through regular meetings while collaborating with Sales and Marketing to align efforts.
