Job description
North American Savings Bank (NASB) seeks a Chief Accounting Officer to lead accounting integrity, reporting, and internal control governance. This role partners with the CEO, CFO, regulators, auditors, and the Board to ensure accurate GAAP statements and compliant filings.
The CAO will drive a disciplined close process, policy governance under U.S. GAAP, and a robust control environment aligned with SOX-like standards.
