Job description
WaveCrest Staffing Group is recruiting for a Senior Associate, Manufacturing (CAPA and Effectiveness Verification) in Ventura County, CA. The role focuses on owning CAPAs and EVs within clinical supply manufacturing and driving continuous improvement in a cross-functional team.
The position is hybrid, with initial onsite work and potential for remote days after ramp-up. Local candidates will be favored, and a strong background in manufacturing/operations and quality systems is required.
