Job description
Join a dynamic clinical operations team as a Capability Manager focused on clinical alert content management and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to shape processes, improve reporting, and help ensure clinical alert logic packages are well organized, monitored, and supported across multiple programs and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Manage the intake, prioritization, documentation, maintenance tracking, and deployment readiness of clinical alert content management work. Build a clear understanding of how alert logic packages are used across programs, client needs, populations, workflows, and reporting requirements. Develop and maintain operational dashboards, recurring metrics, and leadership-ready reporting that support governance, maintenance planning, and visibility into performance. Partner with cross-functional teams, including clinical, analytics, technology, operations, and compliance stakeholders, to align on dependencies and resolve issues. Create and maintain standard work, process documentation, intake tracking, role clarity, status updates, and escalation paths. Support annual and ad hoc maintenance cycles by coordinating reviews, tracking progress, gathering business input, and documenting outcomes. Analyze operational data, utilization patterns, maintenance activity, and issue trends to identify risks, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. Coordinate quality control, post-implementation validation, and issue resolution activities related to content management processes.
Skills
5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, PBM operations, clinical program operations, capability management, or related project/process management. 3+ years of experience in healthcare, PBM, pharmacy benefit management, clinical programs, or another regulated industry. Strong experience managing complex workflows, reporting packages, dashboards, or cross-functional initiatives. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable recommendations. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Strong communication, organization, time management, and presentation skills. Comfort working collaboratively across matrixed teams and facilitating meetings to drive outcomes.
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting clinical or pharmacy programs, including alert content, quality measures, or regulatory requirements. Background in building or managing operational dashboards, scorecards, issue tracking tools, or leadership reporting packages. Experience documenting processes, improving workflows, and creating governance-ready materials. Ability to solve complex problems and help teams move from issue identification to resolution. Experience working with clinical, analytics, technology, operations, compliance, privacy, legal, and product partners.
