Job description
Bronson First RN in the Capacity Command Center is a registered nurse who coordinates patient admissions and transfers across Bronson Hospital facilities, ensuring optimal bed placement and timely patient movement.
This role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing and Michigan license, with 3–5 years of hospital experience; ED triage or supervisory experience is recommended. The position uses Epic dashboards to address occupancy and discharges 24/7.
