Job description
JLL in Charlotte is seeking a CAR/CIF Program Manager to orchestrate capital asset replacement and forecast programs across a major corporate account. You will own data collection, validation, and conversion into a five-year rolling forecast, translating facility condition information into actionable capital plans.
