Job description
Skadden's Los Angeles corporate group is seeking an outstanding junior lateral candidate (Classes of 2025–2024) with expertise across capital markets and securities transactions, including IPOs, high yield and investment-grade debt, and public and private equity offerings.
The candidate will advise on public disclosures and corporate governance matters, collaborate with deal teams, and contribute to a broad range of corporate and securities matters. Relocation to Los Angeles is welcome.
