Job description

Solutions Consultant

Gordian is the world’s leading provider of facility and construction cost data, software, and services for all phases of the building lifecycle. A pioneer of Job Order Contracting (JOC), Gordian’s offerings also include our proprietary RSMeans cost data and Capital Planning software solutions, hosted with our Gordian Cloud Platform (GCP). From planning to design, procurement, construction and operations, Gordian’s solutions help clients maximize efficiency, optimize cost savings, and increase building quality. Gordian is a part of the international business group Fortive, with 26,000 people employed worldwide.

The Solutions Consultant will help translate complex customer business requirements into viable business solutions. Their ability to deconstruct customer challenges into discrete, logical components will be paramount. The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated, an expert at juggling multiple competing projects and priorities on fast-paced timelines and is able to deliver unparalleled customer success.

The Solutions Consultant will be part of our Planning department’s Professional Services team, which focuses on assisting our customers in successfully leveraging our Capital Planning software solutions and their data to enhance their capital planning processes in support of their organization’s mission and goals.

Gordian’s Capital Planning software helps facilities professionals objectively model multi-year capital plans that optimize and align investments with their mission. By centralizing asset and facility information, this cloud-based software provides the forecasting tools managers need to efficiently gather and maintain facility condition data on buildings and other real property assets, and then leverage that data to optimize budget decisions about maintenance and capital planning.

This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Professional Services and will be a remote position within the US.
