Charter Steel in Saukville, WI and Cleveland, OH is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for Capital Projects to lead the full lifecycle of capital initiatives, from concept through startup, partnering with Plant Managers, operations and engineering teams to meet safety, cost, and schedule targets.
Travel ~40% annually with a hybrid on-site schedule; requires a mechanical/electrical engineering degree and 7+ years of project management in heavy industry, plus strong communication and leadership
