Job description
Irvine Company Office Properties seeks a Reinvestments Director to lead major capital projects across the office portfolio from inception to completion, managing budgets, feasibility, and stakeholder collaboration to maximize value.
You will partner with leasing, operations, and asset management to identify reinvestment opportunities, supervise design teams and contractors, and present milestones to Senior Management. Travel required and competitive benefits offered.
