Customer Service Associate – Car Wash

Full-Time & Part-Time
Flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time positions available (20–40 hours/week), free car washes, and commission earnings on monthly membership sales.
WashU Car Wash is a modern express car wash built around speed, quality, and sustainability. Founded in 2017 in Plainfield, IL, we use advanced technology and water-recycling systems to deliver a superior clean — fast. As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), youre the face of WashU. Your main focus is creating a great experience for every customer and helping them find the membership that fits their needs. No car wash experience needed — well train you. Greet customers and answer questions about our services and membership packages
Process cash and card payments accurately
Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
Monitor vehicles through the wash and operate equipment including power washers and vacuums
Help keep the facility clean and well-maintained
Reliable, punctual, and willing to work weekends and holidays
Able to handle a fast-paced, outdoor work environment
Cash handling experience a plus, but not required
No experience? We provide full on-site training so you can hit the ground running.
