If you already manage a car wash, you will start on our Manager-in-Training Fast-Track. The program measures what you know, strengthens your leadership, closes training gaps, and aligns you with the operating methods that make us a market leader.

Lead and motivate your team to hit sales goals, especially Wash Club memberships
Keep equipment running reliably
Deliver a memorable customer experience on every visit
Own site performance—from inventory to financials as if it were your business

What You’ll Need
Proven experience managing a car wash team
Track record of growing Wash Club sales
Working knowledge of wash equipment and operations
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage financials and inventory
Leadership that inspires teams to perform
High school diploma or equivalent (additional training or certifications a plus)
