Tunnel Wash BU - Region 01 - Market 07: 3259 Overpass Road, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33545
Shift Availability
Flexible Availability
Ability to successfully recruit and onboard new employees, train and coach staff, schedule employee shifts, with strict adherence to overtime policies, perform activities around employee engagement, performance management, and recognition
Maintain a focus on growing sales volume and increasing site profitability
Manage operating P&L metrics and understands how expenditures/costs impact business margins and pricing
Ensure that customers are satisfied and that any inquiries, incidents and issues are resolved in a timely manner
Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures
Ensure the site follows all approved vehicle damage claim procedures
Experience with team building
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Ability to anticipate customer needs
Proficient computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent required. Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a management role. Candidates with supervisory or assistant manager experience from a Big box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store are encouraged to apply.
In performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk throughout the workday; The employee must be able to work in outdoor variable weather conditions. This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. This person must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols which means this person will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as, but not limited to hearing, eye, foot, hand protection.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
The team member must be capable of performing their responsibilities with minimal supervision.
