TEE cert preferred, fellowship-trained/experience adult cardiac anesthesiologists strongly preferred
$625k base salary + $50k cardiac stipend, plus sign-on bonus, loan repayment, and call pay
High-volume, collaborative cardiac program at WellSpan Health/York Hospital (90% cardiac case mix)
Flexible medical direction model with opportunity for both supervision & hands-on case participation
