Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an experienced RN to provide direct patient care in a high-risk cardiac unit, performing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care in line with established standards.
You will educate patients and families on illness management, collaborate with the healthcare team, and participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities to uphold exceptional outcomes.
