Job description
Geisinger Medical Center seeks a Nursing Supervisor for the Advanced Acute Care Cardiovascular unit (HFAM8). You will oversee nursing staff, deliver high-quality patient care, and support improvements on the unit to ensure safety and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities include direct patient care with supervision, performance appraisals, scheduling, policy interpretation, and promoting evidence-based practice within Magnet-recognized care.
