Job description

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.
• Experience with GE Mac-Lab is required.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at this health system cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - Complex PCI experience, including Impella placement/management and IABP placement/management.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - EP Lab experience, including EP device placement, EP ablations, and EP studies. - Peripheral vascular intervention experience. - Ability to take extra call preferred.
Special Requests: - Must be within 30 minutes of the facility to meet call requirements.
Unit Details: - Uses Siemens X-Ray equipment. - Typical procedures include right/left heart caths, PCI, complex PCI, diagnostic/interventional peripherals, EKOS, PFO occluders, nitric oxide studies, pacemaker/ICD implants, EP ablations, Watchman implants, and interventional radiology.
Shift & Scheduling: - Mon-Fri. May flex staff according to patient schedule. - On call M-F approximately 1-2 nights/week, from . - On call 1 weekend/month, 24hrs Saturday & Sunday.
Floating Requirements: - Floating between Cath Lab and EP Lab.
10 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certifications RCES, CI
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
