Job description

Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
Special Requests: All time off must be included on submission to be considered. Time off not included on submission will not be requested or approved. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.
Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. Weekend on-call only. On-call average: 1 weekday night/week and 1 weekend/month. Holiday requirement: 1 major or 2 minor.
14 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
