Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Experience:
• 18 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required within the last 18 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is required.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 24 months of current (Cath Lab / Cardiac Cath Lab) experience required. Scrubbing proficiency required. Circulating experience required. Monitoring experience required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Structural heart experience preferred. Interventional Radiology experience is nice to have. EP experience is nice to have. Peripheral vascular experience highly preferred. Trauma Level I experience preferred.
Required Credentials: ARRT or RCIS certificate required.
Special Requests: Any former UnityPoint Health employee who was an FTE or PRN employee of the UnityPoint Health float pool cannot work travel in another market, regardless of which facility they currently work at or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UnityPoint Health and were not an FTE or PRN employee, the separation policy does not apply. Blocked scheduling cannot be promised.
Shift & Scheduling: The schedule is Monday-Friday with a random day off during the week. Unless the unit is closed, the contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming winter holidays. On-call is 1 night/week and every 3rd weekend, 7:30p Friday through 7a Monday.
Floating Requirements: The clinician will be required to float across all Des Moines campuses to like units.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification CI
