Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: EP, IR, vascular, monitoring, and neuro experience required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: CTO, peripheral, venous access, rhythm interpretation, variety of atherectomy devices, variety of thrombectomy devices, and temporary LVAD support preferred. Experience with Philips X-Ray System, McKesson for Cath Lab, and MacLab/Cardio Lab for EP preferred. Coil embolization preferred.
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. Only 1 time off request per 13 week assignment. Assignment length may vary: 13 or 26 weeks.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath, STEMI, IABP, Impella, TandemHeart, and structural heart procedures including PFO, TAVR, and Mitral Clip. Interventional Radiology cases include lines, drains, embolizations, lower/upper extremity procedures, fistulas, visceral angio/intervention, and stroke thrombectomy. Neurointervention and CRM device implants.
Shift & Scheduling: Call required: 1 shift per week and every 4th weekend. Some Saturdays are required as part of the regular 4 scheduled shifts for the week.
Floating Requirements: May float to IR and EP.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
