Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• AS completion required.
Requirements:
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Special Requests: Only 1 active application is allowed for the same position (same unit and shift at the same facility). You may apply to both day and night shift on the same unit and facility, but not to more than one day-shift position there. RTO requires manager approval. RTO will not be accepted for 8/28-30 and 11/22-23. 1/1-4 is negotiable, but cannot be promised off at this time.
Required Skills/Experience: Experience with endovascular procedures with cardiothoracic surgeons required. Experience performing these cases in a hybrid OR setting; EVAR experience required.
Unit Details: Adult patient population. Brand-new hybrid cath lab/OR room; likely 1-2 cases per day. Open and closed procedures including TCAR, TEVAR, EVAR, TAVR, TMVR, AIFF, and femoral bypass. Uses Alaris IV pumps, Omnicell, and Siemens and Philips X-ray and hemodynamic systems. May be expected to precept students.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend rotation: flexibility needed; likely every other or every third weekend. On-call is 24-hour coverage, likely every other to every third night (1-2 times per week). Likely to work every other holiday. Schedule cycle comes out every 4 weeks.
Floating Requirements: Float to assist within the Cath lab for peripheral and structural procedures.
14 days maximum time off
2 Manager references required from within the last 12 months
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification CI
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
