Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years of cath lab experience is required. RCIS/CVT must have scrub experience for PCI/STEMI. Must be able to scrub cardiac and peripheral cases.

Required Credentials: If you have RCIS, state license is not required.

Special Requests: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. Cannot have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity, within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered.

Unit Details: Common cases include all cardiac invasive procedures except structural heart, plus peripheral procedures including carotid, A/V grafts, EVAR, and peripheral diagnostics and interventions. The unit does not perform “dirty” procedures such as PEGs, G-tubes, or nephrostomy tubes. Average case volume is 8 cases per day. Ventilators are used on the unit.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday schedule. Call is required as needed, averaging 12 days a month and including at least one weekend from Friday 1730-Monday 0700; response time is 30 min. Holiday call is assigned on a rotating basis.
