Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Teaching hospital experience is required. Community hospital experience is required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Rhythm interpretation preferred. Coil embolization preferred.
Required Credentials: If you have RCIS, state license is not required. Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. The unit performs all diagnostic procedures, PCI (stents, balloon angioplasty, laser, rota, Impella, IABP, CTO), structural heart procedures (TAVR, balloon valvuloplasty, Watchman), and electrophysiology procedures (EPS, AFib/flutter ablations, BIV and pacemaker implants).
Shift & Scheduling: Call required: 1 call per week/1 weekend every 5-6 weekend.
5 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification CI
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)
