Experience:

• 3 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Credentials: If you have RCIS, state license is not required. Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.

Unit Details: The unit is a cardiac intervention radiology room with structural heart procedures. Adult and geriatric patient population. Scrubbing is not required.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday or . Call required: 3 call shifts in a 2 week period. Weekday call coverage is Monday through Friday, 4pm-7am. Weekend call coverage is Friday 4pm to Monday 7am. Call weekends every 6 weeks are required. RTO: No more than 7 days.

7 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)
