Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Credentials
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. RCIS not accepted.
Preferred Skills/Experience
Community hospital experience is preferred. Coil Embolization/Peripherals preferred. Hemo Dynamic Monitoring preferred.
Special Requests
RTO must be listed at time of submission. RTO must be approved at time of submission.
Unit Details
Daily caseload: 8-12. Cases include Coronary Artery Disease, Peripheral Vascular Disease, and Cardiac Arrhythmias; procedures include coronary diagnostic and intervention, peripheral diagnostic and intervention, and permanent pacemakers. Adult and geriatric patient population.
Shift & Scheduling
Weekend requirement: No. Call required: up to 4 days a week; varies depending on need.
5 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CI (Cardiac Interventional Radiography)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)
