Job description

Northwell Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform age-specific nursing care using the nursing process. You will assess patients, coordinate with physicians and health team members, and implement plans of care.

Responsibilities include documentation, patient education, and discharge planning. This role requires NY/CT RN licensure, an Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), and BLS certification.
